Returns Policy
We offers a full refund on most new, unused items returned to us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds, where applicable, are applied to the card or payment method used to make the original purchase. Refunds are processed within four weeks (usually much faster) of you giving the package to the return shipper.. This time period allows for transit times and bank processing times.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is being returned due to a fault with the product). For more expensive items we recommend using a trackable carrier service.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
