Shipping, Returns & Refunds
We offers a full refund on most new, unused items returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within four weeks (usually much faster) of you giving the package to the return shipper.. This time period allows for transit times and bank processing times.

We can ship almost anywhere in the world. However there may be restrictions on some products (namely liquids). If we cannot ship a particular product to your destination we will contact you about it.
We ship using Royal Mail 2nd class on most items - it can take anywhere between 3 to 14 business days for items to arrive. Due to Covid-19 it can currently take up to 5 weeks for items to arrive. Royal Mail 2nd class does not offer a tracking number.
When orders are above 2kg we split the order into two packages - your packages will be marked with ‘1/2’ and ‘2/2’ on the address label. Some countries charge import duty, which means there may be a surcharge per package payable by you in order to receive the package. You will receive an email or letter from your local mail company with instructions on how to do this.
We use UPS for reel deliveries (as they weight 5kg or more) and will give you a tracking number upon fulfilment of the order. You can track your package via the UPS website.
If you need your order to be sent via a tracking service, you can coordinate this via email with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be asked to pay for the extra shipping cost via a PayPal transfer to us.
We offer free shipping on all orders both national and international. We use Royal Mail 2nd class. Please note that this is not a tracked service.

Late, lost or missing items
Please allow for up to 14 business days for your order to arrive - at the moment because of Covid-19 there can be delays up to 5 weeks on item deliveries. This is out of our control, and we cannot guarantee items will arrive for a specific date.
If you are concerned your package may have gotten lost in the mail please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will look into it for you.
